We have installed a backup network and our provider is still working on resolving the original issue. Service is no longer impacted.

The issue is recurring. We have identified the underlying issue but cannot pinpoint its cause. We are in contact with our upstream provider to resolve this issue for good and are working on installing a temporary replacement network to mitigate.

This issue has now been resolved. We are still investigating what caused it to prevent it from happening again in the future

More than half of our servers have gone down. There is currently no indication of why. We are investigating and will keep you updated.
